You are a commander of a Batallion in a post-nuclear world. Many of the earth’s natural resources have been wiped out & magic from mutated, radioactive blood rules the battlefield. 

From beast-like ‘shapeshifters’ to iron hard skin, magic blood can provide amazing powers. With the aid of bio-punk enhancements or blood sigils, it can grant the ability to cast twisted blood-magic spells. Addictions can form from use like that of the vampiric beings. Catastrophic long-term issues arise as well. Scarlet Rust, which causes the skin to rust & flake away. Iron Plague, which causes the limbs & extremities to harden to iron & spread upwards & outwards. Neuro Rust, which causes the synapses in the brain to rust & rot.
